Do you only provide IT support for companies in London?
We are based in London and yes we support the majority of our clients within the Greater London area. That being said, we also have clients around the UK as well as businesses with branches in multiple locations in the UK around the world.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No you don’t have to. We can provide a contract for you or if you need our services on an ad hoc basis, we can do that too. Depending on requirements we provide SLA’s for clients looking for ultimate peace of mind with their business IT network systems.

How do you provide IT support?
You can email or call our team for any information about our services. We provide IT support by phone, or onsite, depending on the nature of the issue.
Simply raise a ticket and our IT heroes will get straight back to you and you will be able to monitor and keep track of progress. We work fast and make sure that any tickets raised are responded to as efficiently as possible.
What if I need regular onsite IT Support for my business?
That’s no problem. If you need regular onsite IT support for your business, we can arrange a regular schedule. This means we will visit your site or office location. We can take care of regular tasks and general maintenance as well as deal with any issue as they arise.
Do you offer 24×7 support?
Yes we do offer 24/7 IT support. We know how important it is to be able to react immediately when one of our clients has a problem. (New or existing!) Our helpdesk is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and we provide IT and network systems monitoring and support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and have cover for the following; Professional Indemnity, Public and products liability and Employers’ liability. Our focus is always on security and safety in all areas. We can supply copies of our insurance certification upon request.
